The house is located in the town of Preko on the island of Ugljan.
The private area of the single-family house consists of a basement, a raised ground floor, a first floor, and an attic. The house is designed as a traditional archetype with a gabled sloping roof on a stone base. A terrace, supported by a colossal row of columns, has been added to the archetypal volume. Sun protection is installed between the columns.
