Residential–Commercial Block Voštarnica [1996]

This mixed-use block is located in Zadar, in the Voštarnica area. The neighborhood is characterized by socialist-era residential buildings and a school situated in the immediate vicinity of the block. The building encloses the school playground toward the main city road.

Since it occupies a corner site, the main representative commercial space is positioned at the corner within a semi-circular volume. The remaining commercial spaces take up almost the entire ground floor, while the upper floors are residential.

The residential section is organized with two apartments per staircase, and parking is provided in an underground garage.
