Villa on Punta Radman [2015]

This Villa is situated on Punta Radman in Petrčane. As a private house, it is one of the first villas in that area and has a first row to the impressive Zadar sunset. Ground floor consists of a living area with kitchen and dining connected to the outside garden.

In the heart of the building there is a mediteranean inner garden which makes the ground floor interconnect with the location even more. On the first floor there are sleeping rooms and finally a roof terrace with the jacuzzi on the Top.

Design of this house enables maximum openness to the sea. Used materials are following the modern form of the villa while keeping the local origine and genius loci of the house.
